Our Seniors (we like to refer to as 'Seasoned Saints') meet weekly on Wednesdays from September-May. Activities begin promptly at 11:00 a.m. in our Community Center on the main level, with the exception of Bible study day. Please plan to arrive prior to that time so you won't miss any of our activities. Please invite someone to share this special time with you. Occasional field trips are also scheduled throughout the year, including the summer months.

January 7 - After Christmas Christmas Dinner

Get a head start on your Christmas 2009 Celebrations by attending the After Christmas Christmas Dinner on January 7. Following a short holiday program at 11:00 a.m. presented by the staff, you’ll enjoy a hot turkey dinner with all the trimmings. Don your gay apparel (you can wear that new sweater you bought at the After Christmas Sale), bring your Christmas dinner ticket and look forward to a great time of fellowship. If you hadn’t planned to attend the December dinner but are able to attend now, contact Debbie Whittet to purchase a ticket for $2.

January 14 - Bible Study

Ladies watch your mailbox for Lavonne’s assignment. Gentlemen will continue their study of Jerry Cook’s book, Love, Acceptance and Forgiveness.

January 21 - Soup-R-Wednesday

We will travel to warm and sunny Florida in the comfort of our building at 305 E. Dartmouth as Hal and Lavonne did in the long ago year 2008. Following our traveling we will enjoy a good hot bowl of soup accompanied by rolls and dessert.

January 28 - Potluck

Lavonne will lead us in singing and stories. We will also enjoy a mini concert by our wonderful Church Office Administrator, Valerie. After this we will enjoy eating and fellowshiping with one another.
